IT First Responder has reached a significant milestone, becoming the first Cyber Security and IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Australia and New Zealand to achieve the prestigious MSP Pro Partner status with Acronis. This recognition follows the company’s Platinum status achievement and its receipt of two #CyberFit Partner Awards last year, underscoring its consistent dedication to excellence in cyber security solutions.
The MSP Pro Partner tier represents the pinnacle of Acronis’ partner ecosystem, reserved for providers who demonstrate exceptional capabilities across Disaster Recovery, Backup, Security, Microsoft 365, and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM).
This elite designation highlights IT First Responder’s leadership in delivering innovative and reliable services to clients.
What it takes to earn MSP Pro Partner status
Eligibility for MSP Pro Partner status requires existing Gold or Platinum standing within the Acronis #CyberFit Partner Program. Beyond this, partners must exhibit outstanding performance, unwavering consistency, and a commitment to trust—criteria that reflect their ability to deliver top-tier solutions while actively engaging with the broader Cyber Security community.
As an MSP Pro Partner, IT First Responder will undertake new responsibilities, including hosting quarterly Acronis-led webinars and driving cyber readiness initiatives across industry platforms.
These efforts aim to strengthen the company’s role as a leader in Cyber Security advocacy and education.
What this means for our clients
For clients, this achievement serves as a confirmation of IT First Responder’s trusted expertise at the highest level. The designation grants access to advanced Acronis resources, strategic roadmap insights, and enhanced implementation capabilities, ensuring unparalleled service delivery.
Reflecting on this milestone, Olga Burtseva, General Manager at IT First Responder, shared: “This recognition isn’t about being first for the sake of it. It’s about leading with purpose. The MSP Pro Partner status equips us with strategic resources that enhance our technical delivery and sharpen our ability to protect clients. We’re proud to set the pace for what’s achievable in ANZ.”
Building resilience with enhanced capabilities
IT First Responder continues to redefine managed services by not just deploying solutions but fostering resilience. With its newly acquired MSP Pro Partner status, the company is poised to deliver even greater impact in safeguarding businesses against evolving cyber threats.
