Mix & Match Support Levels
Not every person in your business needs the same level of support. Combine Managed Microsoft Support and Premium Managed Support across your organisation based on each user’s role and technology requirements.
For example, cloud-based office users may only need Microsoft support, while users working with specialised applications, infrastructure or more complex technology can be covered by Premium.
You only pay for the level of support each user actually needs.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Your managed IT questions, answered
Can you take over from our existing IT provider?
ITFR can plan a transition around access, documentation, systems, vendors and existing responsibilities. The handover and any initial improvement work are agreed before the managed service begins.
What is included in managed support?
The agreement defines supported users, devices, systems, operating arrangements and responsibilities. Projects, specialist consulting and work outside that scope should be identified separately so there is a clear understanding of what is covered.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. A co-managed arrangement can provide agreed operational capacity, specialist escalation or project support while your internal team retains its chosen responsibilities.
Will we need to replace all our technology?
No. We review the existing environment and prioritise changes based on supportability, security and business needs. A staged improvement plan can address gaps without assuming an immediate replacement of everything.
What determines the monthly cost?
The number of users and devices, services covered, complexity and support responsibilities shape the proposal. Any onboarding, project work and separately licensed services should be clearly identified.
